During MWC Shanghai 2026, China Mobile successfully hosted the Hand-in-Hand Program Global Partnership Executive Conference. Themed "From Connectivity to Intelligence: Hand-in-Hand for a Global Digital Future," the event gathered over 78 global operators and 400+ industry partners to discuss coordinated ecosystem growth in the AI era. 
The conference featured deep-dive sessions and an innovation showcase:
• Subsea Cable Workshop: Included a keynote speech by TeleGeography on "Trends and Strategic Opportunities in the Subsea Cable Industry in the AI Era." Following the keynote, an insightful panel discussion featured industry leaders from China Mobile International, Sparkle, Telin, and HMN Tech, who together explored industrial ecosystems and future collaboration models.
• AI+ Smart Solutions Workshop: Hosted by Detecon, representatives from China Mobile IoT, China Mobile International, Deutsche Telekom, Telenor, and XLSMART shared insights on operator transformation.
• Consumer Innovation Services Workshop: Explored practical pathways to drive operator value growth utilizing the JegoTrip integrated platform and MIGU’s AI short drama ecosystem.
• Exhibition Area: Showcased China Mobile core capabilities across communications infrastructure, computing engines, and intelligent applications, highlighting Autonomous Network Consulting, 5G Consulting, AI+ Smart Home, SmartPark, AI Hub, mFirewall, JegoTrip, and MIGU Short Drama products.
Marking a significant milestone for this year's conference, the event transitioned from traditional hotel ballrooms to the China Mobile (Shanghai) Industrial Research Institute. This high-precision environment perfectly demonstrated the convergence of industrial AI and connected platforms, serving as the ideal backdrop for the workshops, exhibition, and a series of high-level bilateral meetings aimed at deepening strategic partner relationships.
